Hi all! Ive not posted before but do read the posts daily. Your posts have all give me inspiration and motivation to stick with the program. I’ve done w7 r3 tonight and felt the biggest sense of achievement I’ve felt so far. Everything just felt right. I’ve tried off and on for years to run and never been able too even as a young child I just couldn’t run. I suffer with fibromyalgia and b12 deficiency and never thought I’d get this far. Today was my fastest average pace so far and I didn’t feel like I struggled as much during the last 5-7 mins like I have done previously. Can’t wait to go out again on Tuesday

Excellent! Isn't it such an amazing feeling when everything just falls into place and the run feels perfect?
