Week five run three๐Ÿ˜ฒ twenty minutes๐Ÿ˜ฒ. Taking the advice of fellow couchers i took this jog very , very slowly and deliberately.

The time went by quite quickly even at my pace. So thank you all for getting me through this one.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Good job well done. Apply the same on all your runs and you'll smash this!

Congratulations, it is a great feeling being able to run 20 minutes without a break! W6r1 trips some people a bit, take it slow and steady.

Thanks, Anon. After my run on day two of this week i wasn't so confident. Steady is definitely the way to go.๐Ÿ‘Œ
