Week five run three😲 twenty minutes😲. Taking the advice of fellow couchers i took this jog very , very slowly and deliberately.

The time went by quite quickly even at my pace. So thank you all for getting me through this one.👌👌

Congratulations, it is a great feeling being able to run 20 minutes without a break! W6r1 trips some people a bit, take it slow and steady.

Thanks, Anon. After my run on day two of this week i wasn't so confident. Steady is definitely the way to go.👌
