Curiosity usually kills the cat right ???? Well not this kitty 👌👌👌
Ohhhhhhhh my bloody goddddddddd
This is absolutely Mental and I’m still astounded, last week I struggled the 90sec run now today I managed 3 min runs plus 90sec ones with ease ….. HOW ??
Well seems there’s a few things that have added to this monumental moment
⭕️ I’m on day4 of taking my Protein, Creatine and Collagen in my water
⭕️ I’ve eaten a few hours before this run and drank my water
⭕️ I’ve been to work so my legs and body are well warmed up
GO FIGURE I must now be an afternoon Runner for now and yes curiosity in me and competitiveness in me I had to see what Wk 3 was and IF I could do it and I BLOODY WELL DID ……

Congratulations on getting through the shortest (by time) sessions in the programme.
You're now up to doing a total of 9 minutes of running per session. What's happened is that the amount of running has stayed much the same compared with previous weeks, but the length of each running interval has got longer.
Week 3 is when I got hooked.
I'm coming back from injury and coincidentally did a Week 3 run myself today.
Week 4 will up the effort a bit, so remember to not set off too fast at the beginning. If you do, you'll be guaranteed to run out of steam before the end. There are no medals for speed in Couch to 5K.
I get my creatine protein powder and collagen powder online can’t remember where I’ll have to have a look . You can get all of the above from most places these days . Xx
Your suggestion of being an afternoon runner (for now) strikes a chord... For the life of me I can't run early in the morning, despite being a morning person - I need a half day of simple going about my day as a warm-up it seems!
