Still doing the nhs 5k+stamina podcasts and quite liking it. Kept the required beat for Laura but eased my effort a bit with each step and it seemed to help my shins which were quite sore last run, but better this time around. Also got my phone into a belt strap so I wasn't carrying it any longer which was nice. Matching the podcast pace worked out to a 5k of 29.50 if I worked it out correctly π and it felt good today too. Cool but not cold this morn, which was perfect to run in!

Go you.... I love the Stamina podcast... and Speed podcast is great if you are feeling totally energised..or are short of time The stamina is great put into a longer run... I use it if I am running for an hour or so
