Off you go Baffstar, and put a post up after each run and we’ll cheer you on. No matter how bad you could feel we’ve all been there and once you’ve done the first 3 weeks the hardest bit is over and even though it might not feel like it, your lungs will start to work haha at least that’s how I felt!

Just keep going and on the walking sections, walk as fast as you can, they’re not just recovery sections, they’re a fundamental part of the programme.

Keep us all informed so we can do the woop woop bit :-)

Enjoy it too!

Welcome, brilliant decision to download as you are about to begin a fantastic journey and join the most helpful forum on the internet. Started mine last February and have never looked back, read the guidelines and take note of the hydration and go slow advice as they are essentials. All the best Baffstar - enjoy 😎

Its amazing ...I really didnt beleive i could do it. I am at week 8 and it has taken me 13 weeks but i am happy. Stamina to run for more than 20 mins when i could barely run for one is stunning. It works
