I was dreading the 20 min run, I kept thinking I'm not going to be able to do it, but I did.
I downloaded new music to my phone a great 80s album π and I went for it, I took it slow and steady, I found the first 5 mins the hardest but once I was past that I felt fine. When I reached the end I shouted "get in" the lady on the treadmill next me gave me a very strange look ππ€£.

Well done. I too did the 20 min run today and didnβt think I would do it. Tough one. Love 80s music too. It really keeps you going. Good luck with W6 π I think I shouted out a βyesβ too π
