Well, I have to admit that my heart (and legs) sank the first time Laura spoke to me and said "you've run for 5 mins, keep going" as I felt like I'd been running for hours at that point. When she popped in my ears again at 15mins I was almost delirious with glee, and then 20 mins appeared what seemed like seconds later. I've done it, I've actually bl**dy done it, Week 5, Run 3 is in the bag! What was I worried about? Anyone out there peeking at week 5 and thinking there is no way you can do it like I was last week, worry no more, the plan really does work. I can't quite believe what I've just done. After 40 years+ of no running I got back home this morning and immediately joined the Edinburgh Park Run group on Strava in anticipation of graduating in a few weeks. Who is this Mowax? and what have you done with the real one?
