After graduating a couple of months ago I've been out running 2 or 3 times a week for 30 mins at a time. Today, I felt different (no idea why), so I challenged myself to cover the full 5K, which I hadn't achieved yet.
I did it, not that fast, but I got there. It took me just over 36 mins and I feel great! Going to stick with this distance for a few weeks then gradually increase. I've discovered that running is quite addictive! I love it.

When you are ready, you could flip over to Bridge to 10k (if you want to of course). I found it easier to slowly progress on distance and then return to trying to speed up later when I was a bit stronger. A 36 minute first 5k is good 👏👏👏
