.....turned to tears of JOY. I did it. Week 5 done.
I was teary eyed driving to my farm track, I KNEW there was no way a fat 57 year old couch spud could do 20 bloody minutes of running with no breaks and I would have to start week 5 again next week. Blah blah. 5 mins in, ' ooooh, that went quickly'.... 10 mins in, 'OK, but I'll not make 20'. 15 mins in... ' bloody hell, I've jogged for 15 mins... HOW'? (Big grin). Laura says, "you've done 18 mins, you can do it"...
YES I CAN. AND.... I DID!!! Big fat enormous Cassie.
To the amusement of two metal detectorists who watched me punching the air and crying with sheer happiness.
My long suffering partner (SaraM69) has just gone to do week 1 run 3.
Hi 5 to Polly2810, who ran at the same time and did it too. Lol
WE ROCK. LOL

So you knew you could not do W5R3 so you must have channelled all that self doubt into your run and you did it. If you apply the same technique when you start W6 you will do it without to much difficulty but before you go read some of the other W6 posts to see how others got on as it is apt to catch the doubters out.
Amazing. Well done you!! I also had tears of happy emotions at the end of that run. Such a good feeling. Remember how you feel now when you do week 6 and it carries you through xx
You do ROCK!!!! Great photo and a really great run...
Now... please, please please,... lose the Big Fat Cassie... and just accept...Fit.... succeeding..... looking really great, Cassie... So, so proud of you!!!! x
