Just finished this run. Downhill towards the end definitely helped to spur me on and pick up pace - actually felt like a runner ๐Ÿƒ thanks everyone for their continued support. Onwards and upwards ๐Ÿ˜Š

You as they say at the end of week 6 run 3 are officially a runner Skip-and-jump, congratulations, onwards and upwards to week 7 which once again are 3/25 minute runs.
