Hello. First post on here but been doing the C25K with Laura since 31 December.

I've worked through the weeks without having to repeat anything and roughly keeping up with the weeks despite a couple of days with tight & sore muscles along the way. I really wasn't looking forward to the thought of 25 minutes straight today, although I thought the same about the 20 minutes in Week 5 but I made that so gave it a go.

Had to change routine a bit today due to circumstances running at lunchtime than first thing, It was a tough run but I felt so satisfied at the end that I'd done it.

Roll on week 7

Well done and stick with it no matter how daunting it seems. At the end of the programme consider giving your local parkrun a go on Saturdays.
