So chuffed I ran for 25 minutes. Well not really ran, jogged slowly! But it was the pace I needed which meant my breathing was always in control and I actually wasn’t wishing for the end like I was with the 20 minute one! I’m getting used to what’s works best for me and really enjoyed this afternoon and am still buzzing! 3 weeks left!!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to 7 which are once again 3/25 minute runs.

well done Buttonsandbeans, doesnt matter about slow pace, main thing is you ran it . I think as run intervals get longer us newbies have to slow up abit to cope untill our stamina increases but hey we still running🐢🏃♀️😊
