I managed to run all the way up the hill i live on yesterday ! ☺ But today my left buttock is very sore . Shall i rest for a day or two ? Or try to run tomorrow on the flat ?

Give it a rest for a few days '51firstrun', that way your buttocks😩 should not be so sore, or better still not sore at all. 😊

Enjoy your holiday in Amsterdam, however, as 🚴 cyclist I don't think it would be advisable to ride a bike with a sore😩.
