I was going really well and had got to week 8 and then I went on holiday - somehow I managed to fall off a subbed and break my collarbone in 3 places - so I now have a pin in it and am out of action for 6 weeks - i am so so disappointed as i was just beginning to notice the difference in my fitness and I know that I will have to go back to the 20 minute run when i do re-start. to say I am annoyed is to put it mildly - I even took my running gear with me on holiday as the beach was long and sandy - i got to watch every else jogging on it!!

You poor thing. As Buddy34 says - it’ll be here when you’re ready! Here’s to a speedy recovery, and when you can, stay active with long walks and then your transition back to running will be smoother.
