Anyone who’s just started. I’m 54 this month and have been fairly inactive. Some weeks are tough but the C25K app will see you through. Amazing how good you’ll start feeling about yourself. Addictive. Keep going, you can do this. It’s a battle with yourself. Mind and body. But you can do this!

Congratulations Somersetboy on graduating and completing week 9 run 3 of C25K. To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the March graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K 🎓 🏃 😊
First you need to consolidate your running - a few weeks of 3x30 runs. I redid the graduation run again & again changing the coach for variation. But that gave me timings and encouragement as I wasn’t ready to leave the app behind! But there are other apps. The point of consolidation is that every week has been different up till now, and before you start working on pace or more distance - embed what you’ve achieved. There’s a bridge to 10k forum for once you’ve consolidated. Many congratulations on your graduation!!
