Let me just tell you what an amazing thing this is!
I was diagnosed with MS when I was 19 and was in a wheelchair! I’m now 48 years young and running has not only been hard.... sometimes because of the MS it feels like I have a shoe full of stinging bees! The pain in my face and arm plus the fatigue after a run has sometimes been unbearable... but I did this for me! This was me sticking 2 fingers up to MS! It has been amazing and I love it! Thank you C25K for helping me on this amazing journey. Don’t ever let anyone, including yourself, tell you that you can’t do it!
I did it! Yep I’m crying now because I’m so so proud of myself!
Apologies for going on, but today has been one hell of a day! ❤️ Good luck to anyone else on your own personal journey xxx
Congratulations Spercy22, a very inspiring post from you, although Oldfloss knows that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated you must tell her personally at the April graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the April healthunlocked C25K home page, to get the word Graduate 🎓 and badge next to your username.
Once again congratulations on graduating from C25K. 😊 🏃
Amazing; you are an inspiration. Doing this against the odds and telling MS to do one. You should be proud+++ and a few tears are definitely in order! Where next?....

Well it’s true! Very inspirational to be honest. You have basically said there is pretty much no excuse. 👍😊

So true. 😊 are you planning park runs?

Lol at the moment I’m living in France for 6 months so just enjoying running in the sunshine. May think about park runs when I’m back in the U.K. x

Lovely. I used to frequent southern France a lot when younger. Beautiful country. Better weather than old Blighty too! I’m sure you can fine some rural track. 😎
Wow... I think I need a moment to think about just how awesome you are.
Most people with that diagnosis almost 30 years ago would want to fight against the increasing debilitation, but to do this after battling it for all those years... I’m struggling to find the words. I’ll go back to wow! Just wow!
Have a good celebration... enjoy consolidation and all your future running adventures. You’re a walking, no, running victory and an inspiration to many reading your post and everyone who knows you. Amazing.
That is absolutely wonderful 🎉🎉👏👏👏🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️ - thank you for sharing your inspiring story with us. 😄 Now to find a structure that works for you for the next part of your running adventure! 😀
It seems an inadequate thing to say but congratulations! If anyone deserves their graduate badge, you certainly do!! I hope you continue to enjoy your running!
