Cant believe it. I've just completed Week 9 Run 3!! I never thought I would actually do it. I actually stopped running with Laura after W9R1, and timed myself and used my own music, but I wouldn't let myself say I'd graduated until I'd done it 3 times. Its been a pretty amazing journey, and to anyone thinking they cant do it, I cannot tell you how much I didn't think I'd be able to do it. Week 1 and I was sure it wasn't going to go well and that I wouldn't be able to do it, but I did.

Stay with it and believe in yourself, and Laura! She knows what she's talking about!

I've regularly been reading these posts and they've helped me through, so thanks to all of you too!
