Well, it's taken me from 15/9/2017 to today (so, nearly 7 months), but I finally completed my W9R3 this afternoon.
I cannot tell you how proud I am of myself. I've managed some good achievements before, but they have all been in areas where I excel (academia, performing art, crafts, etc.) I definitely do not excel in sports, however, so to have managed something like this feels like a greater achievement, for me.
If you're just starting out and wondering how on earth you're going to manage it, all I have to say is that it's possible. It could take you much longer than the designated 9 weeks. You might find yourself having to go back and build up your endurance along the way, but it is absolutely possible.
I'm looking forward to my next running challenge!

Your running life has really begun now! And there is so much choice of what to do, where, when, how. Slow and steady is still good to have in your mind though 😀.
Don't forget to request your graduate badge (again look in pinned for the link)
I know it hasn't always been easy for you, so your perseverance really has paid off.
Have you read the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which may help you find some structure for the next leg of your running journey.
Well done!! I also started last September got to week 8 at Xmas and I stopped running 😔I really miss it so it was back to week one on Friday. Joining a local couch 2 5k group on Wednesday can't wait xx Wish I had persevered like yourself because it's hard starting again xx
