...but only briefly, at about 15 mins into the run. I think I was waiting for Sarah to tell me it was 15 mins but she didn't, so I lost my mental rhythm. Anyway I resumed running again and ran an extra 30 seconds at the end so all in all about 24 1/2 minutes.
On to W7 and if I can get the breathing right, I am confident of getting through non-stop!

At the end of run 3 of week 6 you are told that you are officially a runner, well done even if you walked for 30 seconds, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are again 3/25 minute runs 🏃 😊.
Congratulations on completing week 6! You're a runner! Even with the confusion. I like to quote my brother, he calls those moments - a 'Brain Fart'! But well done! Onwards to week 7! Good luck with your next run xx
