I was concerned going into this one as I awoke stiff and tender from yesterdays mountain biking exploits. However the sun was shining brightly on Sussex so I prepared well, ate well and finished off my sports drink I hadn't used up yesterday.
It was all good and felt really proud for reaching 25 mins. I even picked up the pace in the last minute.
It was so hot in the sun I crossed the road to get out of its rays. Felt like even my feet were sweating! 🤣👍
I celebrated with a full 10 mins garden aerobics including 40 squats!

40 squats - man that is hard - well done you on getting that run done too
It's the first one straight after a run... that one stings!! 😂 But they do seem to help glute recovery. I'm also doing a yoga flexibility challenge... pigeon pose stings a bit too!
