That was so hard wanted to stop in the second run but through in some 120 sec run and 30 sec run like the Jeff Galloway technique so got through it. I have been sick so it may be due to that but the Galloway technique helped

If it gets tough - just slow right down. I think as long as you’re not lying down - you’re doing fine!🐌🐌🐌

I found this hard today too, harder than the 20 minutes straight of last week! 🤷🏻‍♀️ What’s the Jeff Galloway technique?

It’s a walk run walk technique that increased stamina. You do a ratio based on what suits best. Each usually have a 30 sec recovery walk.
