Omg I’ve just completed 2 x 8 minute runs and I’m not even worried about the next run which is 20 minutes! From someone who struggled with Week 1 Run 1, I think I can actually do this!!!

Of course you can do this. It's hard but it's not impossible. Take it slow and steady and you will do it. The programme really does work and has been preparing you for each step up. Good luck

Yes you can do it. Well done for running for 16 minutes the next run is only 4 minutes longer. (That’s less than 2 songs)
Some of us found it easier running non stop rather than the walking running walking scenarios.
Keep it slow and you will get through it the plan builds you up and definitely works. Good luck with your next run. 😊🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
