Well I cant believe i ve just completed the dreaded run 3 week 5, ran for 20 mins and im buzzing!!!

Must admit not as bad as I thought more mental for me I think, I have been thinking about it all day

Brilliant-me too! But I have a story for you..

I got in a tangle with my phone at the start but carried on. I was surprised not to hear from Laura but decided that she would maybe just let me know when I’d done 15 minutes so ploughed ahead. After AGES I peeked at my phone- it had PAUSED after the warm up! 😱

I’ve counted up the duration of every song I remember listening to from my play list and, assuming I haven’t left any out, I ran for 26.5 minutes!! Hilarious 😛

So no fear now of the big run at the end of the week 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😂

Well done you! It's the most brilliant feeling isn't it, a real sense of achievement. I find thinking about the run beforehand is really helpful actually, just imagining myself doing it seems to make it all seem more doable....
