Week 9 Run 3!
Can’t believe I can run for half an hour. So proud. Never saw myself as a runner but I’ve done it. Will work on running for 5k now as I only do 4K in the time!

Congratulations! You're not alone in surprising yourself. I can run further (without stopping) than I ever could when I left school (over 40 years ago).
Don't worry too much about how far you run or how long it takes. The important thing is to keep it steady and progress gently so that you don't do yourself any harm. Remember, you're so much better off running 4k every other day than being on the couch.
Oh very well done - doesn’t that feel great?
Slow and steady for now.
Do your consolidation runs for a couple weeks before trying to go too fast too quick. I am still over 35 minutes for 5 k and I graduated weeks ago,,,...
Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3, well done
You go girl !🥇
I graduated today too! Whoop whoop! Go us! 🏃🏃
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Just don't move on to quickly and you will find things start to evolve
Well done Sue, isn’t it a great feeling? I graduated in July and regularly run 5k but I’ve never made it in 30 minutes, the fact that you are running for half an hour is the main thing! Happy running x 🏃♀️
Excellent well done virtual hugs.👏🎓🏃♀️🎉🎉🎉. Enjoy the occasion and keep running.
