As ive said before ive done the full 9wks podcast
on a treadmill. But for the first time IVE JUST DONE
MY FIRST RUN OUTSIDE!!! YIPPEE! I did 20mins non-stop
walked then more running.Not sure on the miles... I
felt more energy more exhilarating and felt as if my
lungs had a good workout. my throat wasnt as dry as
it is on the treadmill.Time seems to go quicker aswell.
I LOVED IT! Thanks to all for the encouragement xx
