I did it, I did it, I did it LOL. I can't believe I'm so close to the end.... What has everyone been doing since they graduated?

Well done!!
Congratulations GreenGirl89 on almost completing C25K, pleased to know that you enjoyed your run today, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 7
It varies a lot with different people what they do after they graduate and run the 6/30 minute consolidation runs, some go on to B210K and others like me just go out and enjoy running the 5k distance and perhaps try and improve their time, a dream for many 5K runners is to run a sub 30 minute 5k.
Yay, well done you!
I spent a couple of months consolidating my running- 30 mins 3 times a week. Then I moved onto the C25k podcasts for speed, stamina etc and finally I just signed up for the bridge to 10K forum. For me, that’s 6 months post graduation....
Good luck with whatever you do. ❤️
Thanks everyone.... Loving the ideas and advice
Well done! Great feeling isn’t it? 🙂
I graduated two weeks ago tomorrow, I think. Yup. In the first week I ran 2 x 5k and had a fartlek 🙃 (speed) session on a track; this week I have run 2 x 5k and a Junior Parkrun (2k) with my son. Oh, and I bought a Garmin Forerunner ⌚️😊
So far so good... I want to build my confidence with the 5k distance. My times are about 35 minutes at the moment on cross country and hillier routes... I’m working on endurance rather than speed but it was quite fun last week to try and run fast and get a PB for 1k 🙂
I’d like to do a Parkrun but I don’t feel quite ready yet...
I graduated in October and since then have continued trying to run 3 times a week, not always possible with work and family commitments, but I can now run for 45 minutes and love it, I’m still quite slow the furthest I’ve run is 6k. I recently got a place on the great north run so am trying to build my stamina rather than my pace 😊 good luck and well done 😊
