So I am up to W7 R1. Found it a bit harder than normal and actually thought it might end up being a βpractice runβ π but I managed to slow right down and get through that initial 10 minutes, which is always the hardest part for me. Reading through posts tonight has been so helpful.......I definitely need to drink more and actually do the strength and flex (as opposed to just downloading the podcasts ππ€£π€£)

We all say slow down and drink more water and we were all once people who ran too fast got puffed out too much and had heavy legs from not drinking enough, you are doing great, be proud

I finished my W7 runs and apart from the initial email 10 mins what I find more challenging is sometimes the boredom. My mind keeps reminding me of the remaining mins which goes against my good spirits. I do my runs in a park and don't want to play music to be environment aware
Or check out bone conducting earphones, they don't need to be top of the range, they don't cover or go in your ears so provided you don't have the volume too loud you still hear everything around you. I use them as I need to hear traffic on country lanes, and I like to hear the birds and the wind in the trees but the music acts like a distraction for the rest of my mind ππ»π
Well done on getting out there and yeah I am a bit of a Lizard myself and if I don't hydrate properly the run is always harder. Keep Hydrated and keep going your almost there now. πββοΈπββοΈ
