W4 r1....

A day at West Midland Safari park with my Year 4’s. Fab day (no panthers) but lots to see! Exhausting all the same being in charge of 23 young souls.

Last thing I wanted to do was do this run. Felt like it was a bit of a leap from week 3. But I really took the slow and steady mantra to heart to the point where I felt sure I must have been cheating!! But at no point did I feel like I was going to die so it must work!?

I did it and feel amazing 😊😊😊

Well done for getting out there and doing it - even though you didn’t really want to!! 👏 That day trip with year 4s does sound exhausting!! 😴😂

Don't know how you can cope with the energy levels of Y4s.......I'd be exhausted just looking at them!!!😅

So pleased you conquered W4R1.....you're doing so great AND while rocking the vests/shorts combo......you are showing us how it's done!!!!

#Totallysmashingit!!! GO YOU!!!

Working and fitting exercise in is certainly a challenge! Up at 6 for work and rarely home before 6 normally later. Then finding the enthusiasm to get into my ‘PE kit’ 🙈 lol this forum keeps me going 😊😊😊 well done you on graduating 😲 and fab wedding pic xx

I have a 5k charity run in early September. I’m doing consolidation runs at the moment using the Nike+ app. Same 30 minute duration, but now I’m tracking distance for the first time. I’ll do my second consolidation run tomorrow! I really enjoyed the freedom to just go out and run for fun! Feels great! ❤️
