A day at West Midland Safari park with my Year 4’s. Fab day (no panthers) but lots to see! Exhausting all the same being in charge of 23 young souls.
Last thing I wanted to do was do this run. Felt like it was a bit of a leap from week 3. But I really took the slow and steady mantra to heart to the point where I felt sure I must have been cheating!! But at no point did I feel like I was going to die so it must work!?
I did it and feel amazing 😊😊😊

Haha! I love them really! I did vest/shorts again lol caring less and less!! First run where it wasn’t boiling hot either. Thank you for your support 😘😘😘
Working and fitting exercise in is certainly a challenge! Up at 6 for work and rarely home before 6 normally later. Then finding the enthusiasm to get into my ‘PE kit’ 🙈 lol this forum keeps me going 😊😊😊 well done you on graduating 😲 and fab wedding pic xx
Yaaay Dee! Well done you! W4! You’re doing brilliantly!! Good on you for getting out there after a full on day. It’s amazing how it feels so good afterwards. ❤️
Hello lovely lady!! Awh thanks. First run where I really have just felt on top of the world afterwards 😊 what will you be doing now you’ve graduated? X
I have a 5k charity run in early September. I’m doing consolidation runs at the moment using the Nike+ app. Same 30 minute duration, but now I’m tracking distance for the first time. I’ll do my second consolidation run tomorrow! I really enjoyed the freedom to just go out and run for fun! Feels great! ❤️
