First one done - downloaded app on 1st Jan & made excuses not to do it until now. Hoping this community will give me the strength & motivation to complete as I’ve done a number of these over the years & fallen away at week 4 max - 2019 needs to be different!!! Xx

Welcome... I downloaded a running app a whole year before I ran 😂. You can do this... you can be running 30 minutes this spring. Set some goals and find yourself little rewards for reaching them. Enjoy your journey.

I have 3 at a time... obviously getting through the plan is one for you... I’d suggest one earlier as you say you got to week 4 before, maybe end of week 5/6? And then something for after graduation... maybe an early summer 5k fun run... or a date on a calendar to go to parkrun and set a PB.

Well done you! You will be amazed at how quickly your fitness improves and if you're anything like me, you will feel so much more alive! This programme really works and the folk in this forum are so kind and supportive. To steal a phrase that I saw and that touched me "you belong with us and we are proud of you". All the very best of luck.

That’s so kind - thank you - I feel I need to ‘check in’ with others who are at the start of their journey 😊
