Run one is done! It was hard but I did it and now feeling so energised! Now to keep up the momentum - any tips for staying power with the programme?

Brilliant well done for starting KernowRunner. My tips are 1. Keep it slow and steady all the way to graduation. Slow is better however good you feel 2. ALWAYS take your rest days. This is not negotiable and will help you avoid fatigue and injury 3. Post on here lots! Youll get loads of brilliant advice, support and motivation. Have fun and enjoy your running. Good luck

Well done you, try and remember that feeling of when you're running and when you finish a run and remember you will eventually be able to run for 30 minutes think how you will feel about that good luck 😊😊

Just completed w9r3 today, but still think the first run of w1r1 was the hardest, so you have already overcome that! Just have faith in the programme and don't try to go too fast. You sound determined, so good luck!!

Ah thank you, that’s so good to hear ☺️

Well done. I found no peeping at your next run worked for me.

Yes good point! I’m not looking at the schedule at all, just going to plug in my headphones and go!
