I completed W5R2 yesterday it went pretty well and feel really happy with how it went and proud to think I did that!!! Obviously R3 next which I am feeling abit worried about just in the fact that can I actually run for a full 20mins??? Any tips would be great and new playlist/music suggestions???

Well done on run 2. You can do r3, the programme is really clever and you are well practiced for it. I would say just go a little slower than you usually do and off you go. You’ll be fine

You definitely can do it. Rest well, hydrate properly, take it slow and steady, and take a hanky for that burst of emotion at the end when you realise how far you’ve come since week 1 ! If you’re struggling, slow down - as many times as it takes. Enjoy the experience x

Well done you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I'm sure R3 will be fine, have to admit it looks daunting 😦 and I too am a bit concerned about it. I start wk5 today and r1&r2 look fine to me, however I am sure that when r3 comes on Friday I'll do it, the plan works and I'm putting my faith in it. Self belief is a big part of completing a task, so come on, believe in yourself that's what I'm going to do "We Can Do This"🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

You can do it! I felt the same before w5r3 and am someone who’s never run before this program and am quite overweight, if I can do it you can too! :)
