Wow, thank you all for helping me make it through my two eight minute runs... I was shaking and feeling sick with nerves before I went out, but as you all said, just go out and try it, and if you walk out the door you have not failed.
So I did just that, shoe laces not as tight, no jumper so nice and cool and like Laura said , I paced it slower ... but I made it and now I feel epic
Thank you all so much ... I want to hug you all x

Well done you. I always found as you got to the longer runs it was better to start slightly slower and get into a steady pace. You can always speed up towards the end if you have that little extra to give. Keep up the good work, your doing really well.
Well done you!! I thought I'd look how you got on following your encouragement to me last week as I have my W5R2 tomorrow and worried!! I feel better now though and determined to succeed
Weirdly the 20min 3rd run scares me less as it's just one run and im sure once i get into a rhythm you get to a point where you just keep going......hopefully anyhow!
