Supposed to run last night but too tired after a hard shift in work...just COULD NOT face it so bright and breezy this morning off i went...Hang on did Laura just say i will be running 8 minutes...ooooooo thats gonna smart.
So i did it...erm and why was i worried...actually not bad at all

I was exactly the same when I finished Wk5R3 on Wednesday. 8 minutes sounds like ages when you're only used to running for 5 minutes, but it is totally manageable. I was more worried about the 3rd run, but you'll find you have the same feeling after running for 20 minutes - there's really nothing to worry about

No I think listening to future podcasts would be the worst! I just read the summary of each run for the week ahead. It lets me see where the progress is. I won't be running until Monday either, but I'm not complaining!
This is good to hear, I ran W5R1 this morning and was wondering how i'd cope with 8 mins, and then 20 on run 3, I'll just have to take each run as it comes. Still can't believe I am doing this, and enjoying it too.
