I went out earlier this morning as had an appointment this afternoon, so the weather was quite nice considering that itβs January. Ran roadside again, as the trail definitely affects my Achilles more, and managed the run quite comfortably. To any first timers out there bear in mind Iβve done this before up to W7R1 when I got injured - I started back after 6 weeks at W4. Planning on doing R3 on Sunday - bring it on π
Hope youβre all enjoying your running adventure π

Parkrun, yes! Iβm only allowed to run twice a week, which is frustrating but sensible. So Iβm optimising that by having 2 rest days between runs....that means Iβm running next on Sunday, then Wednesday, and then SATURDAY, so hopefully that will be my first one. Iβve already signed up and got my barcodes ππ only problem is itβs R2 of W6, an interval run, shame itβs not R3...
