Week 5 and I did itππππ. W5R2 I found really hard so was very worried about R3 but it was so much better with no stopping and starting, pacing easier and half way was really half way. Onwards... thanks for everyoneβs inspirational posts, think I now consider myself a runner π

Feels brilliant doesn't it!? Well done! Congratulations! ππ₯π
It's all easy(ish!) from here! π
Great run. You can do 20, that means you can do anything! Slow and steady through the intervals at the start of week 6 and you got this.
Well done you!! πππ Iβm on week5 run 2 later today but Iβm already worrying about run 3!!
Thank you! I donβt really have any flat routes but Iβll take the least challenging!!
Well done! Thatβs inspiring as I am doing that run tomorrow & was worried how Iβd go from 8 mins to 20 mins. In saying that Iβm amazed how well this program works as I couldnβt even run 1 min before without dying π
Well done.I did run 3 yesterday, was really dreading it,reading up on how to keep going when it got hard etc.All our other runs have been in the park but were away for a couple of days, there was a gym at the hotel so did it on a treadmill.I couldn't believe how easily I did it,it was amazing, even my breathing was ok.Maybe I couldn't have done it so easily at the park with all those hills but did it anyway. If I can do it than anyone can do it.
