W5R3 - in the bag!

I can’t believe I just ran for 20 whole minutes without stopping! To think I posted on here just 2 weeks ago about how I was worried I wouldn’t be able to run for 5 minutes.

I felt fantastic when Laura confirmed today’s run was complete. I think I might have had something in my eye for a minute! I was really looking forward to today’s run. I felt after W5R2 I could have kept going (I didn’t, I stuck to the plan) so was looking forward to seeing if I could actually do this. I’ve learned from reading posts and comments on here to “trust the plan” and I did.

Actually starting to think I can do this. Into week 6 on Monday and feeling sooooo inspired! 😀

Great run. I got something in my eye after that one too... I used to run a lot as a kid, but I’d never run 20 in my life!

Of course you can do this... 5 weeks to get to 20... you only have to add 10 more in the last 4 weeks. You got this. Slow and steady into week 6... enjoy.

You can do it! As people said to me - trust the plan. Slow and steady has been my mantra so far. Best of luck 😃
