How did I just manage to run 28mins?! It was a hard run today and at 13mins I wanted to walk but kept going and so pleased that I did. I might not be losing weight but my fitness is so much better. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ

The toxic 10, it takes about 10 minutes for the muscles to get accustomed to you running, hence you wanting to walk at 13 minutes but congratulations on not stopping or walking.
Not long now until you graduate, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 8, drink plenty of water the day before you run and perhaps run a little slower than you did today. ๐

Hi Samb76. I did that same run yesterday and also suffered from treacle legs to begin with ๐. What a fantastic feeling to be able to run for 28mins though isn't it. I only just managed to finish W1R1 .

I am also on Week8R1 it is all in the mind I am always thinking of time how much I have I done now, but I did it only just over 3.25K so not fast but I have never run before so proud I have got this far ๐๐ฏ
