I’ve finished wk 2 Yayyyy but haven’t got out to run this week am planning to go tonight and don’t know wether to do a wk2 run3 again or just go straight for wk 3 run 1 ???? Could do with some advice please

Well done... if you completed the last run... then move on...we don't lose fitness that quickly... :)

As it states in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose little to no condition in the the first two weeks of non running.

Pick up where you left off.

Move upwards and onwards would be my advice. Enjoy the run :)
