Good Morning All π so earlier in the week i had a disasterous wk2 r2 then woke up next morning full of cold & feeling rubbish.that was on tuesday & i am not going to be able to run again until tomorrow at the earliest due to work/kids ect.Do you think i should start week 2 again or even go back to wk 1 run 3?i would appreciate some advice π

What should i do?
Get W2R3 done so that you start the weekend with that great sense of achievement.
If you find you cant do it then just repeat that one run next week.
The great thing with this program is that it is done to suit the individual. If you find a run too hard then by all means go back and do it again. The more km you get in your back pocket the more you are increasing your fitness and stamina.

Try the next run. If you don't complete then you repeat it until you do.
No point in going backwards.
Make sure you are fully recovered before heading out, or it will be tough.

Just head out and try.. steady and slow and see how you go? If you take it gently, you should be fine... if you can keep some exercise going in between too

No wonder W2 R2 was disastrous if you were getting a cold! You don't say if you completed week 2 - if you did do W3 R1 if not do the ones you didn't do then continue from there.
I am not really sure if it an be called completing it...i got round but kept having to stop before the 90 seconds was up!!!
I would probably do that one again then but not go backwards.
