I can't quite believe I am actually on week9 .

I am still on treadmill but that's great with me .

I have jogged for 1.5 miles outside ( not C25K) I am shocked ! I am completing red January ( not running everyday but exercising everyday )

Two more runs and I will actually of completed this program 😱😌

Enjoy closing it out... the hard work is done. I’m on REDJanuary too... trying to decide what to punish myself with today!

Boxx app... upper body HIIT drill... maybe I should have gone for a brisk walk πŸ˜‚

Nice to see someone getting so far when predominantly using a treadmill,sometimes think there's a stigma to that but for me getting fitter is getting fitter,living in the back of beyond I have little choice other than boggy fields,dodging cow pats or angry farmers. I did try the local lane but a confrontation with a muck spreader had be racing off to Argos! Seeing your post shows it can be done kudos to you and hope for the rest of us treadmillers.

Thankyou so much - lol at muck spreader that would put me off for life πŸ€£πŸ™ˆ- this journey has mainly been to get fit after two operations - this is my second attempt and I'm shocked X. People do say to me oh get out and do it but I'm happy on the treadmill ! I do get out and walk fir ages and I work outside some of the week , but I'm definitely a fair weather person X

Well done.

I'm also doing all my running on a treadmill. got my final week 9 run today then start on the 10k programme next week.

My regime is 3 runs per week with a 15 min kettlebell workout to finish off. I do weights on a Monday and Thursday with weekends off.

Not seeing much improvement yet but still feeling better and my overall health has improved.

What are you planning after finishing week 9?
