30 minutes non stop. Actually felt confident of doing it before I started which was something. Hard towards the end but not too bad.No idea of distance yet though

Never mind the distance! You have conquered the time. Well done- you're nearly there!

You could use a tracker to monitor yoùr distance. Keep up your happy running!

Ultimately the goal of C25k is to be able to run reasonably comfortably for 30 minutes. The actual distance you cover will vary because of the terrain, the length of your stride and a whole lot of other variables. A lot of people on here do use various tracking apps, so it just depends how significant the actual distance is to you. Happy running, either way 😀

Thanks. Its funny how your goals change over 9 weeks. I now want to run the 5k in under 30 minutes. 9 weeks ago the 1 minute runs seemed a challenge ! :)

Brilliant, well done you! I am approaching W7R1 and this being my 3rd round with C25K over the last 3 years. I can’t wait to complete again and like you, get on with cracking that 5k under 30mins. I just love the C25K plan, works every time for me. Good luck to you!
