I can not believe I got this far I'm so proud of myself I can actually run for half an hour! More importantly I have made the first steps to giving up smoking! Having the support from this forum to complete the running plan has given me positivity and sense of achievement. And the want to better myself. The plan may be coming to an end but my journey is just starting..so happy to be writing this. Thank you everyone xx

Wow. You are amazing, and this isn’t the end. The consolidation group will want you next, then the 10k people. You will not be a running wallflower 🌼. Keep with us, to be selfish we behind you need you also.

Have you ran 3/30 minute runs?, if so you can get your graduation badge, if not, you will have to run another two.

Thank you, with help from the quit smoking team I've decided in the champix tablets. How long have you been a non smoker for? Have you seen an improvement with your running?
