So Week 9 Run 3

It may have been on a ship. It may have been my first run in a gym. But I only went and did it!!!

It certainly took me more than 9 weeks (week 6 and 7 I am looking at you) but I have actually enjoyed it and I will keep running!

Thanks to everyone who has given me good advice

(Oh I will keep going as I have not reached 5k just yet!)
