So 2019 the year for a change. I would love to be healthier and fitter. Ideally great to lose 70 lbs, but 20 would do for now. 18 days with no alcohol. Last week I did 2 pre Couch sessions. Today did Week 1, Run 1 - felt okay. Let’s see if I can do this.

Fantastic!! You did much better than I did. Keep to the sessions and time will fly. I did my Wk6 session 1 today and it really does not feel that long ago that I was where you are now. Have fun and if you are not having fun just mention it on here and lots of people who know exactly what you are going through pop up with support. Best wishes on your journey ☺

Well done for getting started. I've just finished Wk9 and I still remember Wk1. Every time Sarah Millican says "You've only got 60 seconds to go!" I think back to Wk1 when I could barely do 60 seconds at all.
