Just completed my w6r1 aswell and felt really sluggish and also found it more difficult. Dont know why. Just like you i didnt eat to healthly over the weekend.
I did this one earlier & yes, thought 'easy enough' afyer the 20.min run last time - but yes, it was tough - managed it so well done us 😁😁... bring on run 2 of the week. 🍀🍀🤞
I thought it was just me! My legs felt like lead and I found it unbelievably hard. My pace was a lot slower than the previous run too - what’s going on?
I’d heard this happens too. I couldn’t think why but I wonder if it’s that people approach that run with less care. I didn’t get caught out but wondered why people do!
