Did my 3rd yesterday bit late up dating this due to shift work. The Q is do I keep doing week 1 runs for the rest of the week? Or move on to week two? Any advice would be appreciated please. Think I could move on just don't want to burn my self out through over doing it!

The program is set up to do 3 runs per week with rest day in between. Sounds like you've completed the first week and are ready to move on to week 2 whenever your week starts. Well done you!

Some people run every other day so some weeks move on. I did the 3 runs a week. Make sure you have a rest day from running (you can do other things) as it repairs the muscles. Good luck.

Hi John I did my runs on tues thurs and then sat or sun It suited me to have fixed day and time so I couldn't find an excuse not go out but this might not suit your life / work pattern so as long as you leave at least a day between runs that's ok Some people prefer 2 days rest -- remember its not a race so take it slow and steady listen to your body and if you do what Laura says you will graduate

I think as long as you have successfully completed week one (run it 3 times!) you are ready to move on. Just remember to leave a days rest between each run. Well done and keep up the good work!

It doesn't matter how many times you do a week, but what counts is getting out regularly and enjoying it. You will get there (as we all have) and you will be increasingly proud of yourself as you progress.

Good luck, and keep us up-to-date on your progress.

I did my three week 1 runs and was ready to start week 2 on the Friday. The step up to 90 sec was noticeable but OK so I'd say if you've had your rest days just go for it.

Yes, the 'Week' label is a bit misleading and as you can run every other day, you may move on faster. Life being what it is, there are likely to be times when you can't make a run so, subject to the rest days, it is worth seizing your opportunities.
