Hi everyone,

My name is Mike and I am a Dad of two young girls.

I want to life a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically. I live and work in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

Tonight was my 1st attempt and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I’m look forward to going running again on Friday! #runmikerun 👟🏃‍♂️

Welcome... I’m in Derbyshire too but right up in the north west corner. Great place to come with those goals, this will help mentally and physically a lot. Also, well done for doing this and setting a good example to your two daughters... show them that being fit and healthy takes some effort but is so worthwhile. Keep enjoying it, and you’ll be amazed how quickly you progress.
