Hi All, Completed the last run not my fastest or longest but i wasn't counting just enjoying the slow steady plod around the lanes. I'm thrilled to have completed the program but sorry i won't be doing it anymore the 9/10 weeks have just flown by mostly in the dark. So it's on to the Bridge to 10k now see how far i can go with that one. Good Luck to everyone just starting or who is struggling a bit keep going however slowly things will get better suddenly and out of the blue. It was the first 20 min run for me. Happy Running.

I'm just behind you ( hopefully) ☺. Well done. I'm looking forward to being able to just enjoy the run then eventually move on to building to 10 km.
