Even though I was feeling a bit under the weather I was determined to complete it today! Started the programme on November 18th and ran religiously every other day - great running programme that has taken me to more than 30 mins running time - can't fault it. Parkrun this Saturday now being booked up ....Fantastico!

Will do ktsok, good luck with your running. Every run seemed to have its own challenges, but for me it was mind control that got me to the end. Now I can run for just over 30 minutes and I'm determined to get better and better. I've set myself a target of being able to do 45 minute beach runs, in comfort by Springtime. That should be doable 😀
That's a great achievement, well done! Good realistic target aswell. I'm on week 8 run 3 next & was thinking of doing a similar target. Bet you are feeling proud tonight, & so you should be 🏃!
