Completed Couch25k with the Dunfermline Parkrun today in a time of 27:50 which is just about on the pace of my recent runs. I've enjoyed the programme and have been impressed with the gradual approach. I did find it hard though with three circuits including a short hilly bit that was hard going each time. I've only ever been an occasional runner until now but now plan to run regularly. Now that I feel I can do the distance consistently I plan to take up social running with Jog Scotland. I'm hoping that running with others will be more enjoyable and spur me on. Best wishes to all.
